5. Web news and updates.

We are fully into Bob Graham and all the other Rounds season now and we would like you to write about your experiences on these as a runner or a supporter. Lets get the word out there so more of us can see what it is all about, who's done what and where and how long it took etc

If you want to write us a race report for the series or any other Ultra you have taken part in please follow these instructions for sending in the information. We are looking for articles all the time from everyone not just the top racers, we want to know everyones experiences out there on the hills.

Here's some new record attempts and articles for you to read all about our runners efforts over the last month.

Scottish Munro Record - Stephen Pyke - read all about the attempt HERE

John O'Groats to Lands End - Mimi Anderson - her attempt starts on 16th July 08 and you can see here schedule HERE and read all about her and how she got into running on her "Featured Runner" page HERE

6. End of Season social.
We are sorting this out during July and we will tell you all about it in the next newsletter. It will be in the Lakes, include a day of activities and/or a race. Be around the beginning of November. Include a meal with a bar and some slide shows/talks from some inspirational runners. It will be a great chance to meet everyone and get to know some of the other runners and hear everyone's stories and of course be in with a chance for some spot prizes whilst we hand out all the series prizes.
If you are interested please let us know by emailing us HERE with a "YES Please I want to party with all the other runfurther runners in 2008!"

Hope the training is going well, plan your 2008 races, get your entries in early and check back to http://www.runfurther.com/ over the next couple of weeks for lots of news, exciting stories and a new (spam free) forum.

Cheers

Karen, Mark and Si - Team Runfurther
