If you would like to contribute to it please email us and I will send you and email which you can reply too. You will need to prepare your words seperately from your pictures (if you have any). Text can be sent on the email or attached on a word doc and must not be formatted or in tables. Please indicate where you would like photos to be placed by using the word "pix" and the photos name so i know which ones to put where! All photos must be 300 x 300 pixels or less and be in jpg format.
