HERE IT COMES.  The first race of 2008!

 Well I'm looking forward to seeing the South Pennines again. Last year it was a blast. The Curlews were cronking, and curtains of rain drifted across those valleys of green and grey.  I managed to haul my carcass round in about 5.00 and was hoping to do a bit better this year, but the recce in the snow with Matt and Andy was slow and hard, and I'm still knackered from the tiny little Carding Mill valley race on Saturday.  

 Winter training has been impeded by my meta-analytical (wot I do when not running) output so it will be interesting to see how I go. I think I'll have to race myself fit this season (again). The other CRAZY Lads should go OK. We'll have a few beers on Friday night so watch out mighty montrail and macc harriers! We'll only be an hour or so behind you!
