Championship Supporters........	The UK Ultra-running Championships 2010
	The 2010 champs so far.... Fellsman - a new womens record was set by Nicky Spinks at 12 hours 39 minutes (she was also 8th overall) and Duncan Harris won the mens in 11 hours - see all the pictures Mick Kenyon took HERE. Read Mark Hartell's (2nd) account HERE and Nick Hams account from the organisors point of view HERE (he was not competing due to injury so went along and helped out) Fellsman saw the biggest entries since 1992 with the biggest amount of finishers also since 1992 Marlborough - the Marlborough Downs Challenge saw records in both the Mens and the Ladies Categories with Allen Smalls taking the 1000 points in a time of 3.51.33 and one of Team Runfurthers new runners Kate Bailey took only 4.20.13 to run the 33 miles. 	Runfurther Buff We have a new product for you - you can now runfurther with your very own Runfurther Buff - spread the word about running further and help support the website that brings you the UK Ultra-running Champs - they are also pretty cool we think!!! Click on the picture to go to our online shop - the Buffs are £15 (inc p&p) online or catch us at the races where they are only £12 each.

	Team Runfurther now have two new members from our Running Fitness competition: Jayne Angilley - from Redruth in Cornwall - an accomplished ultra runner with a few top 3 places under her belt already she will join Sarah Rowell and Kate Bailey as part of our new team line up - read more about Jayne HERE Maryn Turner - from Chester - new to ultra running Martyn will be letting us know how he gets on being an ultra-runner as he finds out himself! - Read more about Martyn HERE Welcome both of you to Team Runfurther and we look forward to hearing all about your race experiences and training both on the Blog, in Running Fitness and their online partner www.run247.com
	Munro Record Attempt.... Spyke is nearly there - a few days left and only a few munros to go - read his final few days of his record breaking round of all 284 Munros HERE Also - he is doing this to raise money for the John Muir Trust - so helping preserve the land he is running over - please donate HERE

	Upcoming Races June is a quiet month for the UK Ultra-running Champs but what about helping friends out with their BG's - several runfurther runners having a go over the next few weeks. Stuart Walker has just completed the task. Our very own Karen McDonald from Team Run Like a Girl (and the one who looks after the website!) is due to make her attempt with fellow team member Alex Langon on the 4th June - let us know if you have completed a BG this year and written a report you would like to share with us all. Contact us HERE with the details and we will email you back to get more details and any photos or blog links.

First up is the classic season opener – Wuthering Hike – a fast 31ish mile tour of Bronte country you can run as solos or pairs and will provide a good indication of how solid that winter training base has been.
